Greyhound Package Express provides travel with good customer service from helpful and bilingual staff. The station in Newark is fairly safe and pretty clean. However, reviews note issues with buses departing very late, causing significant delays on routes. There are also reports of buses needing better cleaning to address bugs. A major inconvenience is that restrooms require exiting to the main station entrance. While service can be wonderful, operational consistency needs improvement.
Rode the bus to NewJersey. Great experience. Safe travels along the way. Bus was 30 minutes late for return trip but Greyhound sent notifications via email and in the app to keep me informed. Driver's were friendly.
