“I have been delivering to East Coast Eggs/ XPO for 2 yrs now and I have never had any issues there. The first time there, I didn't know what/where/how....but the yardshack CHECK IN gentleman explained the procedure and as long as that is respected, it's a REAL PLEASURE delivering there. It's simple, park your truck OUTSIDE of the gate, DON'T pull into the gate until you are told to, (it creates a traffic jam and Kaos). Then GET OUT OF YOUR TRUCK, walk your paperwork to the guardshack, check in, return to your truck, AND WAIT FOR THE CALL to proceed to your assigned DOCK DOOR.
WHY DRIVERS DON'T OR CAN'T, follow this is beyond me.
Jason, the guard is a Saint. He is ALWAYS HELPFUL, POLITE, respectful and professional and sometimes I don't know how he does his job. I have seen some REALLY disrespectful and stupid issues that he has to deal with. I don't know how he can explain the same sentence OVER AND OVER to the same driver MULTIPLE TIMES and they still do the wrong thing. I applaud this man. Without him and his patience, that place would be A MAJOR MESS. A huge thank you to him and his patience for doing, AND DEALING WITH what he does.”
“Picked up a flatbed load here. It wasn't that bad 2.5 hours in n out.
Check in office is on viking st. You can park on navy st and go check in. Go straight on navy st if you want to u-turn.
Forklift guy loaded the truck in no time.

“I took a bus trip from Pleasantville to Buena--so, across the whole of Atlantic County. This required a bus change in the middle at the Hamilton Mall. The drivers were both very professional and polite, and the ride was quite nice--absolutely uneventful, which is exactly what you want in a commute! It was a hot day and the AC on both buses worked exactly as it should. The buses were clean and comfortable. All told, it was an A+ experience for me.”
