“I had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher that I purchased a year ago from SeeMore. It was a cosmetic issue; not a mechanical issue. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone told me that he would issue a repair ticket and that someone would call me soon. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I was called!!! The repair person was here and solved the issue right away! What a delight to know that there is such responsive customer service at SeeMore. I highly recommend them.”

“I recently moved into a townhouse where the first floor is partially heated with a gas fireplace. I experienced beeping internally and difficulty turning the unit on. My local store referred me to George. Starting with the first call, I knew I was in the right hands. He told me what he thought the problem was over the phone and got a technician out the next day. Again, I knew all would be fine when the technician arrived and got to work. He was very professional and patient. He listened and explained everything until I understood. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the team. Old school and the best!”

“A really good place to get on the home things that you need. From tools to seasonal items such as holiday trees and lights you can find it in this place. The only drawback is that it usually hard to find help. Usually have to walk to another file or two before you even find a staff person.”

“I have to say the manager (excuse the spelling) Kaleel, saves this Home Depot location of a 1 star review. He is exceptional and from reading the other reviews it seems Home Depot needs to weed out people to have more employees like him..I had been searching for a new front door using the Home Depot ap and found the one I wanted. It said there were 2 in stock in south Plainfield so instead of buying on the ap I went directly to the store to look at the door in person. While looking for the door, I noticed a lot of their stock had dings and scratches all over them. Either way could not find the door I was looking for so asked one of the guys sitting in the door department. He searched high and low and could not find the door so told me he could place an order for it, they will search the entire store and pick the item for me and if not order another one for me. So I purchased it and went home. The next day I tried calling to see if the door was in and the phone just kept ringing. So I sent a text to the customer service chat in the Home Depot ap. That person ended up getting through to the store and she found out that they had cancelled my order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never reached out to even say they cancelled it which is the messed up part. Kaleel was very nice and called around to other stores and tried to make the situation right. I was on the phone for awhile and he said that if he could get through to the other stores he would give me a call back. Which he did.”

“I'm not much of a Big Box home improvement guy since I often find myself completely lost in their retailing hedgerows between the finishing nails and the smart home refrigerators that argue with you over expiration dates. Not in Monmouth Junction. Hidden behind the massive CarMax... Karl Marx used car dealership is a very navigable Home Depot. Apparently out of sight and out of mind this store is never overrun with DIY refugees and as such, sales assistance is far more accessible than their megamall stores. What probably keeps them going are the thicket of contractors which line the parking lot who no doubt appreciate the quick in and out. I debated keeping this one to myself but in the spirit of holiday giving, enjoy. Five easy stars.”
“Ray and Cynthia went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service when we hit a snag with the delivery of our BBQ grill. Not only did they help troubleshoot the problem when the grill didn't ignite but made a second trip to our home with a tank of gas to help fix the grill. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Well done.”

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the item I was looking for. The associates were friendly and helpful, offering to assist me in finding the right size tarp for my needs. They staff is very nice and friendly. People should come here more. They have a lot of great stuff, and the stuff need more customers. By the way I buy all my electronics here. Printer, laptop, desktop, and phone. Love the quality of everything I buy, especially knowing I have Geek Squad if I ever need.”
