“This is more of a "Relationship Bank", than a normalbank branch. That is, while they do have multiple ATM's in the lobby, there are no tellers, nor money inside. What IS inside arecapable associates who will meet and help you solve any problems or concerns you may have with existing accounts, or, to open up a new account. I have been a JPM Chase customer for over 40 years, and, having dealt with many of the Manhattan branches, I can tell you that I have had more problems addressed and resolved in this small branch, than all my years in NYC.Bank Manager Kulvinder Saroya "WonderWoman", is a problem solver extraordinaire!!!!”

She directed me to online support who was able to assist me with the online issue as they handle these issues. I spoke with a member service employee by the name of Miguel. He was also helpful, nice, knowledgeable and patient with guiding me through the steps to fix the error. Overall, I had a good experience with the staff members becoming a new customer/member.”
