“I stopped by the store in North Brunswick with a problem. I had broken my power cable to my Wi-Fi. The person working there informed me that the cables were only available by calling T-Mobile 611. He then paused said wait a minute and went the extra mile to find a cable I could borrow. Awesome service with kindness.Great Customer service.”

“The manger Christian is great. He is very helpful. I would recommend my friends to go that store. The other staff members are also helpful. They be jamming in that store. I wouldn't mind working there part time. I like going to visit them.”

“For such a small store, the service and the young gentleman helping me pick out my first smartphone was excellent. I'm very pleased with my service. Thank you so much 😊”

“Christian is honestly one of the best Verizon representatives I’ve dealt with. I ported my phone number from another carrier to Verizon, and since day one I was having problems because nobody could activate my phone. I called technical support and even visited other Verizon stores, but nobody could fix the issue. As soon as Christian helped me, he resolved everything within minutes and activated my phone with no problems. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Christian!”
