“When I walked into the T-Mobile store, I was beyond frustrated because I couldn’t understand why I still had a balance. I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com! Keeping cool with a hothead like me is no easy task, but they nailed it. If you want top-notch service, go to the T-Mobile in Middlesex. They know their stuff and genuinely care!

“Had a bit of disaster with the 365 plan and another store. I had waited over 4 days without a phone and was about to go on vacation. Pretty stressful situation with a lot of frustration due to miscommunication with a different store.
Miguel was very patient and professional during the entire process and sought to help in any way possible. We went over a number of options and he actually helped me secure an upgrade for my phone after spending nearly 2 hours exploring each option. The attention to care and empathy displayed by him was top notch. This T-mobile location is not near my home, but I would return due to extreme diligence, transparency and knowledge displayed by this manager.

“I visited the T-Mobile store at Menlo Park Mall expecting to resolve what I thought would be a simple issue, which ultimately turned into a more time-consuming situation. A store associate named Al assisted me immediately upon arrival and clearly explained the steps I needed to take, which I followed carefully. When the issue persisted, he took the time to work directly on my phone himself, but the problem still could not be resolved.
At that point, I suggested purchasing a new phone, and he agreed that it was the best solution. Throughout the entire process, he remained calm, patient, and supportive, ensuring I felt guided every step of the way. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication to customer service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance or excellent service at this location. Thank you”

“After having issues connecting my home cameras to my 5g i contacted the general customer service number and was told to visit the closest Optimum location. And so I brought my device to this edicon location to be switched out for one that gives me an option to connect to their 2.4g and 5g. The female representative assisted me with the exchange after the initial young male representative didn't seem to be familiar with that issue. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was in and out. I was satisfied with the service.”
“Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.”
