“Personally I have been shipping for 32 years but I have never received better service than this post office anywhere.
I ship UPS Fed Ex DHL and other companies this is one of the best offices in New York and New Jersey they deserve a raise!
Out of 5 I give them a 10.

“I had a passport appointment for my 2 kids at the Middlesex Post Office. When I arrived, I was told that all appointments were cancelled, however I did not receive an email that my appointment was cancelled. I asked the man where else I could go to get this done and he told me to “Google it”. I was very unhappy with the whole experience and his attitude. I did in fact “Google it” and I found that the Dunellen Post Office takes walk-in’s for passports Tuesday-Thursday. It was Friday, but I thought I’d give it a try anyway. When we walked in we were told that there were no walk-in appointments on Fridays. I asked where I could go, and the 2 girls offered several suggestions. I then told them about my experience at the Middlesex Post Office and how I took off work, picked my daughter up early from school, and had my 20 year old son leave work to get these passports done. TYCHIC looked at us and said after hearing our story she would do it for us!!!! She saved the day and I could not appreciate her more. It was so nice of her to do it for us, and she was very helpful and professional. From now on, I will be going to the Dunellen Post Office because of my wonderful experience working with TYCHIC. Thank you again TYCHIC!!!!”
“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”
“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“Amazing place, I have a non verbal autistic kid, I take him with me every time I mail somethings, I can’t believe there is one staff she colored her hair with red wine color, she is very sweet with my kid, my son makes some loud noises, she never show any kind of faces instead she always say hi and greet us happily!”
“This my local post office. They have always been courteous and helpful. I wish they opened earlier, but the workers don't set the hours. I have never had a single rude encounter in all my years of going there.”
“Passport acceptance facility - we had an infant to apply a passport + photo for, and pleasantly surprised to find the whole process was very smooth and friendly. Kudos to the workers at this USPS location!”

“Always great customer service by most employees! Everyone is always extremely helpful. I forget my wallet a few months back and they mailed it back to me with everything inside!The only constructive criticism is that one of the young ladies is always on her phone and seems to be bothered when helping customers.I will keep coming back thank you!”

“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”
“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

“I’m not surprised this post office has only 2.5 stars. I’ve been to the Milltown location before, but during a recent visit I encountered a postal clerk who made a disrespectful comment to me. The experience was upsetting enough that I submitted a formal complaint — something I’ve never done before. While other staff have been courteous in the past, this interaction broke the tone I expect from USPS. I will not be returning to this location. If zero stars were possible, I would give it. Customer service matters — especially in public service — and tone awareness should be a priority.”
“I always have a good experience when I use this post office. Packages seem to be delivered promptly to wherever I might be sending them. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I am very lucky that this little post office is nearby, and it is rarely crowded. I rarely see more than two other patrons.”
“When you see a white SUV, expect great service from Gina. If you see a black SUV expect middling to poor service as the clerk who I cant remember is always on her phone and isnt polite. Thankfully Gina is there more often than not. They recently refaced the interior which looks nice.”
“Bound Brook Post Office on Mountain is very good -- longer hours on Saturday which is helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the service at this office is very good.”

“I've only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if that's not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.”

“Got myself and my daughters' passports done at this location last Friday. The associate who helped us did a fantastic job getting the applications organized, passport photos taken, and payment done all while helping walk-in customers with their parcels. I really appreciated her efficiency.”
