“My engine was misfiring. Brought it in and the staff was very friendly and responsive. They diagnosed the problem and provided a very detailed proposal with the diagnosis, what they did to confirm that was the problem, and what it would take to repair. They did the repairs promptly and communication was great. I would definitely use them again.”

“Make sure that you go on weekdays especially just before closing time to save some time and skip long line. During weekends the wait time is 15 - 20min and almost every Pump will be full with a long waiting line.”

I recently have had a leak issue with my vehicle and after taking it to the dealership and another place to get looked at, I called Tony, who didn't hesitate and told me to swing by so he could take a look at it. Without an appointment and for no charge, he took a few minutes out of his busy day to take a look at my car and discuss what I should do next.”
“A real surprise for me. This place is clean and friendly with a wide variety of food. The empanadas are very good with more variety than most places. The added plus is that they are baked and not deep fried. They taste great without the added mess and dietary issues associated with frying.”
“I trust no one else with my car besides Pete. I went to PepBoys and they tried charging me $1,200 for a replacement part that Pete fixed without replacing for $35. I have also gone to get things checked out mechanically and if there is no service done, he doesn't charge. Extremely kind and fair man who clearly knows what he is doing. I brought my car here a year ago because I randomly found it on Google after my car broke down and AAA needed an address for the tow. Couldn’t be happier with the service at that time.
Then earlier this week my brakes felt funny and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I didn’t even think twice and drove it straight to Hillcrest Tire & Mobil.
When I picked up my car today, Bob actually took the time to show me the part that he replaced and what the issue actually was.
I will be bringing my car here anytime I need it in the future. I highly recommend anyone reading this does the same.”

The job was done quickly and they communicated well, prices were fair and reasonable. There's also a panera across the street so if you need to wait while they work on the car that's a comfortable place to be, along with other walkable places nearby.”
“I had an issue with the air conditioning in my car, I stopped by the nearest mechanic shop to have it checked out which happened to be Johnson Service Center in Hackensack. Jimmy the mechanic and owner told me to pull it in the driveway of the shop and he’d have a look. At the time, I noticed he had other projects going on so I thought for sure he was gonna take a look and schedule an appointment for a later date, however he told me he could fix it in 30 minutes and asked if now was a good time to start. He hooked up my car, I waited a little less than 30 mins and I was on my way! Highly recommend this body shop, and grateful that Jimmy was so quick and accommodating, despite his busy shop! Will be using him for all future mechanical needs!”
