They’re patient, professional, and go above and beyond—especially when I show up with so many returns. They make the whole process fast and stress-free.
The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.
Highly recommend this UPS Store at 448 Chamberlain Ave. Great service, great staff, and always a positive experience!

“It might seem silly to be passionate about a shipping store, but here I am. I’d be so sad if they closed. They ship with any company you want, so no need to go to a specific brand’s store. The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. It’s never a hassle to ship stuff, which is all I want. Things are always done seamlessly. 10/10”

“Dario gave me excellent customer service! he answered my several calls to the store there were over 5. I was shipping something for my brother's birthday and he was amazing and so helpful!! He was knowledgeable, polite & respectful & didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all like at other places!! A true hard worker!!
I hope me gets recognized for the AMAZING job he's doing for UPS!!! There also was another rep who was great who gave Dario my message & questions too. I will definitely keep coming back to the Orient way location when I need all of my packages sent even though It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it!! “I’m in this post office often, always mailing something. The customer service reps are always polite, friendly, and professional. They are always helpful when I have questions. I have watched them talk to other customers, and I have never experienced them giving an attitude, even when customers ask the same question multiple times. Janell typically sits in the first seat; she always welcomes you with a smile. I don’t know the other lady’s name, but she’s always polite.”
