How ever my experience on 7/25/2026 with clerk Damien was pleasant. He was friendly and helpful. I incorrectly addressed my packages for home delivery. He looked and tried to locate the packages. He very patiently advised me the steps to take to try and locate my packages by submitting a service request. I definitely appreciated his friendly demeanor and great customer service.”

The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!!
Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!!

“It might seem silly to be passionate about a shipping store, but here I am. I’d be so sad if they closed. They ship with any company you want, so no need to go to a specific brand’s store. The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. It’s never a hassle to ship stuff, which is all I want. Things are always done seamlessly. 10/10”

Oftentimes when people are that quick, they are also not as personable or pleasant, but here they were both. I can't believe I had such an amazing experience at a UPS store.”

I have watched them talk to other customers, and I have never experienced them giving an attitude, even when customers ask the same question multiple times. Janell typically sits in the first seat; she always welcomes you with a smile. I don’t know the other lady’s name, but she’s always polite.”
