“I just want to share how fantastic it is to have a local hardware store like this. I parked in front, put in for my free fifteen minute parking, and went inside looking for a part to fix my toilet. In literally one minute and thirty seconds (I had the meter timer running), someon helped me find the right part after I picked up the wrong one, I paid (less than I would have if I went through Amazon), and was out the door, back in my car, and on my way home. 10/10 experience. Will come here over Home Depot / Lowes / Amazon as often as I can.”

“Andrew was most helpful with a problem I had with my 3 DeWalt batteries and chargers, none of which worked, and I didn't know why. He explained that the models had been discontinued, and went to show me an adapter to purchase for my old drill. But then, he disappeared in to the back and came out with an unusable (for him) charger and battery that worked with my drill. He was so kind to let me have them! This is what makes Hometown Hardware and all the employees there so special as opposed to the big box stores! Thank you Andrew!”

“EDIT- Sergio the president of the company called me apologized for the behavior of his team and made things right. The product is a good product. The frustration of my review was directed at the inappropriate communication of the customer service, Sergio apologized and promised he would fix that.
I ordered door knobs to replace the generic doorknobs that came with the Bellidini doors. I called the rep to verify the fit and functionality and he offered up that the lead time is quite long and to expect (4 weeks). Luckily I had planned for that. It’s now been 7 weeks. I get delays, as a general contractor that happens all the time not the end of the world.
I reached out for some clarity on the situation and ETA on the product. This is where it comes into play how SKETCHY of a business Door Design Labs is:
I asked them for an ETA April 2nd. Ruslan responds and says “ he doesn’t know. He needs to check back with the manufacturer.”
I wait until the following week ask for a status update. Ruslan says “he can’t exactly say. But if I pay extra he will ship it in the next couple days and I should have it.”
It’s a classic bait and switch scam. He conveniently has the handle he’s been waiting on after asking him for ETAs. But I need to pay more to actually get it quickly. The whole operation is sketchy. Just avoid them. Avoid belldini doors too. Just go EZ Jamb doors, take my advice as a general contractor, it’s not worth saving a couple hundred bucks to work with conmen.”

“Craftmaster Hardware, is where it's at! I'm a Maintenace Techniacian and a good portion of my job requires locksmithing. I exclusively shop here for all my locksmith needs. Why would I exclusively shop at one place? The answer is quite simple. They have unbeatable prices, fast shipping, and phenomenal customer service! The company I work for has an account with them, so the prices are ridiculously cheap; there's is absolutely no comparison. Their prices are usually 20-25% cheaper than the regular retail price. They're really good about shipping. Anytime I purchase an in stock item, they'll ship it out the same day and I will usually receive it the next day. Their customer service is top notch, I usually deal with a sales rep by the name Don; Don's the best! If I have any question about something I'm not familiar with or what kind of lock would be good with a certain application, he's pretty good at making a suggestion. A couple times I needed some out of stock items expedited and he was able to get them to me fairly quick. There's also been instances when I needed a something same day and I was able to pick it up directly from them. If you're a locksmith or a technician I highly recommend you check this place out!”
