“I wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.”
