“They fixed my daughter's MacBook screen for half the price that the Apple store would have charged, and they did an excellent job. The owner is courteous, professional, and speedy. He told us how long it would take to order and receive the parts, and he contacted us as soon as the parts arrived. He then fixed the laptop screen the very next day. Thanks goodness for CompuTeaneck! Oh, and he saved her old laptop screen because he saw she had stickers on it, and he thought she might want to keep them. Very thoughtful!”

“This was my first time visiting this AT&T location, I was kindly greeted by Joseph (Joe)I instantly felt comfort and welcomed as I began to express my concern and reason for visit. Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. “MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“Ruth was amazing and super helpful with a purchase of three new phones and the transfer of information from the old ones. She was incredibly calm and accommodating when other patrons at the store were pestering her for help. She was able to multitask and assisted everyone who needed something. We were there for several hours while information was transferring but left before one was completed. We had my elderly mother with us and she couldn't sit any longer. Ruth gave us her home phone number in case we had any problems when we got home. All credit to her for getting us through this tedious task.”

“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me. They regularly go above and beyond, a quality that I feel has been disappearing in our culture these days, and in turn they have my loyalty as a customer.”
