“Our experience was great. We did not feel pressured by Lisa Sinclair. As soon as we told her that we were interested, she made it happen. She did not overwhelm us while shopping in store or after we left. She sent me the information that we needed to make the purchase if interested. Once I let her know, and she placed the order, it was a seamless process.”

“The salesman, Vejex, was great. Very accommodating and understood exactly what I was looking for. The selection was limited but I was looking for a specific size and color. However, a $90 delivery fee for 15 miles away seems very steep. Especially considering I am willing to wait on a back ordered item and went ahead and put 30% down (more than required ). That delivery fee essentially adds $100 to the price. The big whoop $25 coupon they keep spamming me with - really??!! Very nice store. Corporate needs to recognize the extraordinary times and be more thoughtful/considerate. Thank you.”

“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

All of the products at his place are made in the U.S. including but not limited to the flags, flagpoles, and the hardware. It is a very rare 1-of-1 mid-section of their 2025 experience. It is massive and very delicate. Susan and Ed consulted my wife and I on the perfect frame and setting.
