The Dog Spa is exceptional in every way and my sometimes skittish baby loves going there. She is so excited when she sees the staff that she runs to them. She always looks beautiful when she is finished. They are so kind to all of their dog customers and their parents.

Jane, the front desk receptionist, truly stands out with her warm personality and kindness. Even though we moved quite far away, her exceptional customer service made us want to keep coming back. She saved us as clients with her genuine approach and welcoming demeanor.

Kim has always kept lines of communication open with me regarding our puppy and has worked hard to bring our very shy girl out of her shell. Now, after only three months of daycare and occasional boarding, our puppy is well-socialized and much more confident. She loves going to see her friends! Highly recommend this wonderful team!
