The worker here, was misinformed about the Moto Stylus 5G. Told us, if we lose the stylus that came with this phone, we would have to buy a whole new phone.
This is wrong.
IF you lose the stylus, you CAN purchase a new stylus for $15.00 off of motorola's website.”
“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”

“I first went to a well known store with the acronym BB and within that store had a Squad of Geeks that told me there was a $100 diagnostic fee plus and including $60 to take my computer parts out and $60 to put the parts back into my computer and that didn't even include actually fixing my computer. Needless to say I thought that was a bit expensive so I found MLACOMPUTER while searching Google. There was no diagnostic fee and the gentleman found out the issue with my laptop within 5 minutes. I ended up paying only a small fraction of the cost and saved over $100+ on the fix. I would highly recommend using small and local businesses that care more about the community than these large corporate giants who even though are Billionaires still overcharge for their services.
