“I needed appraisal on three rings I called another jeweler to see if they could do it when I brought it in I was told know I would have to leave it I contacted these guys they were able to do it that same day they actually offered to clean it very lovely young woman and gentlemen I would highly recommend this place like I said I didn't purchase anything just an appraisal, very nice people”

“I absolutely love Noellery! Every time I walk in, I’m met with kindness and genuine care. On my last visit, I mentioned I had recently gotten my ears pierced and was having trouble after one of my studs came out. The woman helping me went above and beyond—she guided me through choosing the right earring, gave me alcohol to clean my ear, and offered helpful advice to avoid further irritation. On top of that, she gifted me a cute little necklace to cheer me up and included extra earring backings just in case. It’s rare to find such thoughtful customer service. Highly recommend!”
