I have established a relationship with the pharmacist, Mr. Patel , who I have come to depend on for his knowledge of over the counter medication and prescribed drug interactions. I am contacted immediately by his a pleasant staff, Patrick, when my medications are ready, which is usually a turnaround within a few hours or if he has to order, the next day. I trust him.”
“As someone with complex medical needs, it has been difficult to find a pharmacy that is competent, compassionate and effectively communicative. Having multiple medications and physicians requires the support and cooperation of a knowledgeable pharmacist, and that’s what they have at ShopRite Pharmacy of Nutley. After many bad experiences with pharmacies, this place has changed my perspective and, honestly, helped make my life better. Being able to depend on someone who has your best interest in mind is a privilege, and when the topic at hand is your physical and mental health…having that someone makes all the difference. It’s been 3 years and there’s not been one negative experience. Even if there is a “hiccup” (backorders, technical difficulties, insurance changes, med interactions etc.) they will proactively reach out and not only inform you, but assist you in resolution. This is a stark contrast with other pharmacies who place the responsibility on the patient to call in and find out something is wrong. I could not recommend them any higher (as you can see from this lengthy review! lol)”
“This place is a gem. They are one of the few compounding pharmacies around here and the customer service is exactly why I use independent pharmacies instead of the chains. I really hope they stick around because places like this provide humanity in a sea of anonymous mega corps.”
