I explained the issues with my previous shoes, and Axel provided solutions by scanning my feet to determine the best fit. The results were impressive. I dropped off blank t-shirts and the graphic that I needed printed on a Monday afternoon. By Wednesday afternoon, I had already received an email that the shirts were ready. My wife and I were shocked at how immaculate the t-shirts were made. Our expectations were exceeded.

“Just terrific. A vestige of a bygone age. Incredibly, the store is located in the driveway of a residential house on a quiet, leafy street. (Almost certainly grandfathered in.) Anyway, it's an old-time tennis shop staffed by relatives of the man who founded the place in 1913. Good, high-end racquet selection; good accessories; even has some sneakers and clothes. Super-friendly staff is very accommodating and even generous with pricing and the occasional freebie. I feel good about patronizing this place. I mean, tennis warehouse is great, but do they really need your business?”

This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. “I am a bowler in the area, and also a coach for a local district. My team has been practicing at Hudson Lanes this season, and I had the pleasure of meeting their shop pro, Kurt. After a conversation, I decided to purchase bowling balls for my Varsity Team with Kurt, and I could not be happier. Kurt was extremely pleasant and enthusiastic to work with. You can tell he really cares about the High School students. After settling on the packages, I took my five students to his shop where he measured and drilled their balls within an hour. We were able to literally walk out of the shop fully equipped. In days like this - with inflation, and with businesses struggling - it is important to support locals like Kurt. I am extremely pleased with his service and truly can't thank him enough.I am admittedly loyal to my own shop pro at my local alley, but if I ever need to go to someone else, Kurt will be next in line!”
“My hubby and I were exploring the American Dream Mall. We are getting into hiking so we were happy to see that there was a Columbia Sportswear in the mall. We need hiking boots so went inside. When we were looking at the boots there was a young man who's name escapes me (he had brown hair, glasses and was tall) but he was very friendly and patient as he explained the various boot options and what they offered. We left without making a purchase but after 10/15 min. decided to return to purchase the hiking boots. This time around Abid helped us. Unfortunately, both of our sizes were out of stock but he checked and found my hubby's size online. I was a little disappointed that the store didn't allow us to order there and ship to our home. I kind of felt bad because they took the time to help us and couldn't benefit from the sale. We're purchasing our boots from the online site but I hope that the company comes to allow in-store ordering like Sketchers and DSW. I'm sure my hubby and I will be building up our hiking gear so we will return to purchase from the American Dream location because the staff is great.”
