“Came in to get a new sectional couch. Had a great experience with associate Steve. He showed us where the sectionals were and let us do our thing and was available for help if we needed it. He even supplied us with some water bottles and a tape measure! When we chose our couch Steve helped us build the model for our space which was very helpful. Sectional delivered in 2 days with no issues. The delivery team was also great & polite. Would use this team any time for furniture needs!”

“Had the pleasure of shopping at Flux Modern twice now and both times found some amazing MCM pieces for my apartment.
The shop is run by a friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure staff. The first time we purchased a gorgeous coffee table and kitchen table and came to pick it up. The staff were so helpful and efficient in getting the pieces ready for us to pack into our van.
The second time we found a dresser and two nightstands at an amazing price! We had these pieces delivered and delivery was just as great an experience as pick up. Drew was flexible with the date and time and was professional and kind when he delivered the pieces.
It’s a great place to shop even if you’re just looking for something to do on a weekend—their collection of furniture and antiques is great!—but I can guarantee you won’t leave empty-handed.”

“I had the best experience ever at the Lovesac in Shrewsbury! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with so many smiling faces and a super friendly welcome. Julie came right over to help us.
We already own a Lovesac and decided we wanted to expand our setup and switch the covers to the new velvet materials. Anyone who owns a Lovesac knows how overwhelming all the options can get. There are endless configurations and so many fabrics. Julie was so patient, so kind, never rushed, and never pushy.
We had seen the recliner online and honestly weren’t impressed, but I’m SO glad we went in person. It’s way cooler and way more functional in real life than it looks online.
Because we wanted to use all of our existing pieces, it made things a little tricky, but every single employee jumped in to help. Instead of trying to sell us all new pieces, they worked with what we already have. Julie even called Amanah over just to have another set of eyes, and she was also so friendly and personable. They brought in Beth and Mike too and they thought through everything, down to the pillows.
I’m honestly in awe of the experience we had in this store. Every single person offered to help. They’re even making us a setup plan so we’ll know exactly how to put everything together once it arrives.
Couldn’t recommend this team enough. Such an amazing group of people!”

Royce the sales rep was very knowledgeable and provided many options. You literally pick the base, top, edging, style, color, texture..... it's all custom to what you like.
Pricing is on scale to the box stores, difference is that it's American Made, all Solid Wood and entirely custom.
They are opening a new showroom soon, but so much to select from in the current location.
