“In for rear brake service. Service department running shorthanded with only 1 advisor and a new guy as well. It led to delays that cost me 45 minutes between tech inspection and estimate. Would have been more, but I got antsy and went to check.
Then I waited an hour to pay for things after my car and were ready to go.

Whenever you get a first year model, there are expectations of some issues.
My biggest issue was a dead battery because of a software issue in the ABS system.
I called that morning at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my driveway replacing the battery and performing an update on the system
Problem solved and I never had to leave home. A+++++”

I called them and was asked to bring the vehicle back which I did. They replaced the wheel trim and cleaned the inside of the car. Therefore I'm changing my review from a two star to 4. Will not give 5 stars because I shouldn't have to call to complain. But with that being said they addressed the problem, so all is good.
Initially I had left a nice review without taking a close look at the car...yes my mistake. But now that I looked at more closely I'm changing my review to a two star rating due to how filthy they left the inside of the car.
And a few days later the wheel well trim is popping out. Yes, I will call them ..”
