“I had such a wonderful experience at Plum Consignment Shop! The shop itself is so lovely—clean, well-organized, and full of beautiful pieces. “Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“Came to get Halloween PJs but they weren't out on the floor yet. When I asked a saleswoman I got the best service I could ever ask for.
Shea definitely went above and beyond! She said they just got their Halloween shipment but looked for the sizes we needed then since they didn't show up in stock was sweet enough to roll out the entire rack for us to look at to see if something else would work. She also offered to order what we needed but were only in town for a day.”

“Ken makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. He was our first stop when we got our boys their very first pairs of shoes, and we’ve been coming back ever since. We stopped by today because both our 3 year old and 1 year old had outgrown their shoes. As always, Ken was amazing with them.
