“I had the most wonderful experience at this store with my 3 year old son who is very difficult/does not like trying new shoes on. The woman who helped us was so very patient and not judgmental at all while I handled a meltdown. Eventually, he was so happy when she found him a great pair of sandals (for his extremely wide/deep instep-not an easy task) and was all smiles! We also found a few great pairs of shoes for my daughter. I hiiiiighly recommend this store and will certainly be back regularly :)”

“Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“Ken makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. He was our first stop when we got our boys their very first pairs of shoes, and we’ve been coming back ever since. We stopped by today because both our 3 year old and 1 year old had outgrown their shoes. As always, Ken was amazing with them.
