“I went into Thursday looking for a specific style but it wasn’t sold at this particular store. Caitlin was so helpful in answering my questions about sizing and ordering the boots I wanted to be delivered to me at home. Everything was so easy and seamless, based off of customer service alone I will be back to shop at this location. Caitlin was 10/10, no notes!! I’m so excited to receive my boots!”

“Just relocated to New Jersey from San Diego, and had to get some boots for work. My work recommended Red Wing and I decided to stop by the store near Wayne Towne Center. Jeremiah greeted me and to let him know if I have any questions. I explained to him that I’ll be standing most of the day, dealing with heavy equipment, and walking in oily environments. He recommended the Supersole 2.0 plus grabbing some thicker insoles to provide more support throughout the day since my feet are wide and have an arch. I appreciate Jeremiah taking the time to explain which boots would suit best for me, it means a lot. I’ll make sure to stop by this location in case I need to make any purchases in the future. Thank you to Jeremiah and the RedWing team!”

“The service at the this location was exceptional! I had an issue with the adidas website but Marcus and Michelle were quick to resolve the problem. Not only did they take time to help and guide me through the fiasco of dealing with the atrocious customer service at the corporate service center ,they did it with patience and pleasant demeanor. This is the only location I will ever deal with from this moment on when it comes to all things Adidas. Thank you again!”

“Last week I went to this mall with my mother and 5 year old son to buy him and myself some sneakers. We first went to Foot Locker and the service was so bad. The staff appeared uninterested in wanting to help and more interested in socializing with each other or being on their phones. There was overall just minimal interaction with customers, so after about 10 minutes of feeling overlooked, we left. We decided to go to Kids Foot Locker and the experience was soooo different. The staff seemed to like their job and actually WANT to help us. So much that I asked their names. Malorie and Mahogany were attentive, even though they were working on other tasks such as taking care of stock and/or assisting other customers, they were able to juggle other aspects of their job, while still making us feel valued. Most importantly, they were both so patient with us. My son and I tried on various shoes and my son, being 5 years old, was full of energy, but never once did I feel like we were a bother to them, like they were not wanting to assist, or like they did not want to be there. In fact, they were so helpful and insightful about the comfort of the shoes and what styles would serve better use for what. Their energy was just so different and positive. It just showed that they cared, so I wanted to personally thank these two staff members for their assistance and for turning our shopping experience completely around!”

“Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“Very clean store with a nice array of men's and women's clothing. I recently bought two pairs of shorts here. One was only 19.95 and I got $10 off my second pair on my return visit because I gave them my email during checkout. The employees were very friendly and approachable. Overall a great experience shopping here. .”

“I was looking for slip-resistant shoes for work. I asked the young lady at the register closest to the door. She asked someone else and gave me the two aisle numbers. The selections were great and the locations were accurate. The store was super clean, and I cleaned up after myself. They had really nice shoes and I hope to come back and shop around soon.”

“I had an amazing experience at Finish Line! The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection, but what really made my visit stand out was the customer service. Gabriela, the supervisor, was incredible. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find customer service this good nowadays, so I definitely wanted to highlight it. I’ll absolutely be coming back thanks to her!”

“I had a wonderful experience here. The cashier / customer service rep Janeiris really went above and beyond for us searching for a pair of new balances. She would not give up until she found them and was so happy and willing to help the entire time. She deserves a raise for the way she came through for us. Thank you so much!!!! It was our first time here and we would definitely return. All the other young ladies were nice as well too. Overall a very positive experience. THANK YOU JANIERIS!!!! 🤍”
