“Great store great prices even cooler staff we went shopping here about a week ago and unfortunately my wife lost one of her gold hoop earrings. The staff was great on trying to retrieve it and helping to look and even called me a couple of times during the week to let me know that it’s still had not turned up, but that they were going to do some restocking of shelves and moving stock around in the store so I thought it was great that the manager and even the employees helped out to look for the earring even though it didn’t turn up they were great. The store looks good. The prices are even better and I would recommend anyone. and everyone to take a look and find something unique and you might even find something that you didn’t even know they had great job guys kudos to you!!!”

“Walking into the store I immediately fell in love with the energy! And it was all due to Zy'heem Downey. He greeted me with such a marvelous attitude that made me pause my podcast that I was previously listening to just to engage in conversation with him, he intrigued me instantly with his character. His recommendations were PERFECT. Overall I felt as though I was shopping with my best friend. He made the Steve Madden experience alive again! I love it, felt like back in high school shopping around with my friends in the mall. He knew every show by name without hesitation and knew exactly what size recommendations were perfect because I am nearly one week later and insanely obsessed with the pair he suggested to me. “I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”

“First off I must say the staff was very helpful. Hector, helped me in a very big way. I was looking for comfortable slippers since I had recent ankle surgery. He informed me Ugg's slippers (the one I was looking for) weren't in season. He searched his inventory for something to fit. Thankfully he had a return and they fit so well! Traveled about 30 minutes just to hop into the store to buy them! I'm so happy with their helpful staff and would love to visit again!”

“I discovered STORY upon researching for local events in my area. I knew I had to visit this spot for their terrarium plant night event last Wednesday. It was so much fun that I also signed up for tonight's tie dye night. The staffs are so helpful and friendly!!! I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. But of course you are welcome to purchase anything that catches your eyes. :) STORY is a pop up store stationed at selective Macys locations. They reinvented the retail experience for me. The shop changes their theme every eight weeks, and each theme features hundred of fun and even quirky curated products that may not be sold in big box stores. Their current story theme is "outdoors" and I am already looking forward to their upcoming events and new products for sale!!”
