“Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“The service at the this location was exceptional! I had an issue with the adidas website but Marcus and Michelle were quick to resolve the problem. Not only did they take time to help and guide me through the fiasco of dealing with the atrocious customer service at the corporate service center ,they did it with patience and pleasant demeanor. “Came to get Halloween PJs but they weren't out on the floor yet. When I asked a saleswoman I got the best service I could ever ask for.
Shea definitely went above and beyond! She said they just got their Halloween shipment but looked for the sizes we needed then since they didn't show up in stock was sweet enough to roll out the entire rack for us to look at to see if something else would work. She also offered to order what we needed but were only in town for a day.”
“Jayden was an amazing sales associate at Foot Locker. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and took the time to explain options and sizing. His attitude and customer service really stood out and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
On top of that, the store itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. Everything was easy to find, and the layout made shopping simple and enjoyable. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the store looking nice and running smoothly. Foot Locker is lucky to have both great staff and a great store — I’d definitely come back.”

“Very clean store with a nice array of men's and women's clothing. I recently bought two pairs of shorts here. One was only 19.95 and I got $10 off my second pair on my return visit because I gave them my email during checkout.
The employees were very friendly and approachable. Overall a great experience shopping here. .”
“I had an amazing experience at Finish Line! The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection, but what really made my visit stand out was the customer service. Gabriela, the supervisor, was incredible. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
It’s rare to find customer service this good nowadays, so I definitely wanted to highlight it. I’ll absolutely be coming back thanks to her!”
“Last week I went to this mall with my mother and 5 year old son to buy him and myself some sneakers. We first went to Foot Locker and the service was so bad. The staff appeared uninterested in wanting to help and more interested in socializing with each other or being on their phones. There was overall just minimal interaction with customers, so after about 10 minutes of feeling overlooked, we left. We decided to go to Kids Foot Locker and the experience was soooo different. The staff seemed to like their job and actually WANT to help us. So much that I asked their names. Malorie and Mahogany were attentive, even though they were working on other tasks such as taking care of stock and/or assisting other customers, they were able to juggle other aspects of their job, while still making us feel valued. Most importantly, they were both so patient with us. My son and I tried on various shoes and my son, being 5 years old, was full of energy, but never once did I feel like we were a bother to them, like they were not wanting to assist, or like they did not want to be there. In fact, they were so helpful and insightful about the comfort of the shoes and what styles would serve better use for what. Their energy was just so different and positive. It just showed that they cared, so I wanted to personally thank these two staff members for their assistance and for turning our shopping experience completely around!”
“Loft at Willowbrook mall in Wayne, NJ is my favorite store. The manager Simone Acevedo is always wonderful and extremely helpful always making my shopping experience very pleasant. I have shopped at other locations but the service I get at Loft Willowbrook and specially from Simone has always been superb.”

“I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”

They don’t have it in the store, but the salesperson was super helpful and ended up creatively solving my problem by finding the correct equivalent size in the kids section.
