“Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

“All I have to say is Vinnie and his team are very detail oriented and have an exceptional experience of the brand Land Rover. It’s hard now to find an honest and reliable Land Rover specialist. I had to take my 2018 Range Rover sport to fix issues that the dealers messed up and charged me a big fee.Vinne and his team helped me out and kept me updated with the process and there work is fabulous. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

Rudge found out what was wrong with my car, called immediately to tell me and gave an estimate and was done at a reasonable time. “A bit disappointed. showed up to this gas station around 10pm, only to find it closed-even though Google says it's open 24 hours. I went a bit out of my way to get here because the prices looked cheaper, but it ended up being a waste of time. Shell used to be one of my go-to gas stations, but lately I've been to a few that were also closed at night despite claiming to be open 24/7. Just a heads-up-don't count on this one being open late.”
