“I’ve been going to Monmouth Auto Diagnostics since before they closed Ft Monmouth. I have a 1998 Honda Civic that they’ve been taking good care of and I’ve never had any problems with the work they did for me over the years which I sadly cannot say for other places I’ve tried. I don’t know much about cars so I really appreciate that Jessica is friendly, very knowledgeable and explains everything to me so I can understand. I also appreciate that they never upsell me on unnecessary work, in fact when I come in with my scheduled service list, they let me know when some scheduled items is not needed, saving me money.
I am so grateful I have a repair shop that I can go to and NOT WORRY about being taken advantage of. I also like that you can make an appointment for an oil change, and you get a discount if you pay in cash. I recommend Monmouth Auto Diagnostics for anyone who wants to support a mom & pop business. Mark, Jessica and crew are honest, hard working people that will take good care of you and your car. I am happy to give them the 5 stars rating they deserve.”

Also, as this was my first time buying a car I was amazed at how smooth the process was. My insurance company didnt offer same day insurance, but Sea View provided spot insurance allowing me to take the car home same day at no extra cost. Also, since I live over an hour away it's great that they also will mail me my plates for free when they come in.”
