“I am changing my review do to my experience with my return. I spoke with Noah who was an absolute pleasure. He was apologetic and very knowledgeable. He was able to take care of the issue and restored my faith in this storeWorst customer service I've had in my entire life. Whoever that women is in the front had the worst attitude for no reason. They had me go home to get information just to prove i had a paid bill to use any debt cards (annoying but understandable) then argues with me that i might not be able to use the bills i brought and that it wasn't the correct document she was asking for ( she was wrong her manager took 2 seconds to figure that out) to only wait to say WHEN I GOT BACK that i need proof of insurance or it would be extra per day, which doubles the bill. Also that information cannot be added after so I'm stuck with it. Now I'm late for my college class, spend 2 times the amount i was told, and she actually looked annoyed at me and said nothing when she walked away. Completely unprofessional. NEVER GO HERE!”
“I rent cars on a regular basis for business travel and am fortunate that I have an Enterprise location close by. The manager Zack is always friendly and remembers me by name. I hear him on the phone and dealing with multiple customers at the same time and is always courteous and professional even under sometimes frustrating circumstances.The cars available are always clean and the rest of the staff is also super nice. Ive never had a poor experience here as I have had at other rental locations. Zack really has a handle on things ant this location and makes the transactions smooth.”
“The nicest, most helpful people! We had a problem with our vehicle while traveling up from North Carolina for the holidays, so on Christmas eve we went to Avis. There we met Moe, the Avis rep. What a personality! Kind, patient and professional, he made the rental process easy and fun. A few days later we stopped in to extend our rental and met Sam, the owner. Personable, accommodating, another positive Avis experience. I see great things in the future for these two men. Meanwhile, they are great brand ambassadors for Avis.”

Other than that, they have a vast option of vehicles, the gentleman at the office was super friendly and helpful but please people don't sign your contract papers before you inspect the car. Stop being lazy.”
