“I feel compelled to leave this review on a specific employee at this location. Her name is Alyssa. I cannot describe how much joy it brings me to see her working there because I know she ALWAYS makes a great drink. There have been times, especially now where a lot of people have been either not putting enough caramel or it tastes like the latte machine hasn’t been cleaned and it makes the drink bitter. I usually would have to request people to add caramel just to get the flavor but when I saw that she was working today, I took a leap of faith and let her do her thing and wow! My latte just put me in a really good mood today. It was just right! It was smooth and just the right amount of everything. Thank god I bought two because I knew I was going to drink one real fast. It never fails when she makes it. Plus, she seems very friendly, always interacting with customers while working. Today the store was busy and my drinks were done before my sandwich, so I decided to take a sip while waiting and it was so good I had to walk up to her to tell her. Please give Alyssa the recognition she deserves, just don’t take her away from the store because I love her ice lattes :)
Also, there’s a few other people that make decent lattes and it’s usually in the morning like the two Filipino people in the morning. The nighttime crew is where I usually would have to ask or it’s ehh.

“I like this place a lot. They have everything a seven eleven should have. The only thing that I'm not to crazy about is the pizza. Every time i go there and thats after work around 3 or 4 pm. The pizza is stale. Otherwise this place rocks.”

“Marcella is very helpful she goes above and beyond to help find what your looking for. I have to say that all the years I'm going there she has the best customer service and is extremely courteous. They need more like her in that store to be perfect. Everytime you go in the store if she's there she's always working on straightening the store and helping someone. I've never seen her not work she definitely should be looked over cause these days no one works or cares and my husband said the same things that girl is what every store needs a true worker who seems to care about the company she works for. Hope she never leaves, cause her customer service is outstanding you need to over look some other people in there and start training them how she works, if that would happen then that store would be at a high levelA++++++ it would be nice to see in our wonderful neighborhood”
