I have visited twice this week and interacted with three different staff members there (Mayesha and another lady and a gentleman whose names I regretfully did not catch). They were all very welcoming and understanding. They were very patient and understanding when I had to go back and forth to my physician to get the requisitions updated. It took 2 minutes for me to get out my vehicle and walk up to the center. This is my preferred center. This never happened before. The phlebotomist came out for another patient and saw me sitting there alone and took me in. Got everything squared away. She was great and I was out quickly.”

“I had an excellent experience at this Labcorp location today. From the moment I checked in to the moment I walked out, less than 10 minutes had passed - everything was incredibly fast and well organized.
The staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. Sonia assisted me at the front desk, explained everything clearly, and also performed my test. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. I have very difficult veins and tests are usually stressful for me, but Sonia found a vein immediately and the process was completely painless.
I am very grateful for her skill, patience, and gentle care. Thank you, Sonia, you are the best!

“I always went to quest , after being treated awful for the third time because the person drawing blood said she never received my fax or email she Made me wait 40 minutes with an appointment, never took me in after my drs office confirmed she got the email , I decided to go to lab corp !! LIKE DAY AND Night , the girls are beyond nice , professional , so so clean LAB CORP is the only place I’ll ever go everyone should just go once you’ll NEVER go back to Quest !! Thank God for Lab Corp ! Thanks Virginia”

“The staff at this location are incredibly kind, professional, and provide excellent service. Although they no longer accept walk-ins, that is not the employees’ fault.
Unfortunately, the website has not been updated and still says walk-ins are accepted, even though this location stopped accepting them on July 14. I hope Labcorp updates this information to avoid confusion for patients.
The staff explained that they are currently short on employees and are doing their very best under challenging circumstances. They deserve patience, understanding, and respect—especially the front desk staff, who are simply following company policies. Thank you to everyone at this location for your kindness and hard work.”
“It’s the only place I go for my blood work. I have very thin veins, and I was tired of being poked and bruised by other places. A friend recommended this lab and I couldn’t be happier. Sophie is a sweetheart and so is the other nurse . Every time I’ve been there my blood is ALWAYS drawn on the first try!!!! They are the sweetest, kindest women and very skilled at drawing blood. BEST EVER!!!!!”
“I gave it four stars this time because it has gotten a little better but they need to work on the lines..I shouldn't have to be in a place no longer than 5mins when there's only 5 people in line...and the noise level in there is unbelievable..I leave with a headache each time from these crazy people.”
“I had the most pleasant experience having my blood work done at this place. I care most about bedside manner, kindness, and efficiency. This location is excellent. I would recommend making an appointment online before going. It is small and many people come for walk-ins but the staff remain calm and friendly despite the high level of people that come in. The staff speak fluent English and fluent Spanish and are incredibly nice. I had to wait a few minutes with an appointment and once I went in the bloodwork took maybe 5-10 minutes total. They are FAST and efficient. Thank you to the people at this location for all their hard work.”
“I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but I was still attended because the center accepts walk-ins. The woman at the front desk nicely added me to the system in a few minutes and then drew my blood in no time. I was out in 15 minutes.”

I think I just took 5 minutes inside, but when I made the appointment I was trying call again to confirmed the address and I did not receive the help I needed and second time. “The best ever. I got tested at their Astoria Covid testing site and got my results in a day. The testers were very organized and super professional. A big plus was being able to sit inside their waiting room, while City MD has a line around the block. I’ll definitely be back.”
