Two ladies who worked today (Friday 9th) were able to still do the bloodwork on her; they were amazing, professional and very friendly with my daughter and with us parents, even though she gave them a hard time. One of them distracted her with funny talk that helped to relax and draw the required amount of blood. On a separate note, I go there for bloodwork myself and all the stuff is always friendly. But today was a special day.Thank you!!!”

“Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”

“Just had my blood test in this facility for the first time. It was the least painful (painless) experience in my 10 years of getting blood tests in hospitals etc. Rubber band tightening was rubbing my skin a bit (not a big deal) . Overall it was perfect.Touch screen check-in was simple and efficient. I scheduled the appointment on my phone around 9:30 and had test at 11:30.I only wish there were bigger and clearer signs to (currently it's just board on the first floor with multiple Doctors, Offices and Quest Diagnostics closer to the end i missed at first and thought i got wrong address)”

“I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

“I’ve been going to this quest for years to get blood work, and the phlebotomists have always been nice and were good at drawing blood, but recently a new phlebotomist, Katie, has started working here and has blown me away with how kind and gentle she is. I go for blood work once a month and I always know it will be a good experience when I see her. For someone that doesn’t love getting blood drawn, she really makes the experience a great one. The restroom was very clean. The waiting area was spotless and the seats were spread out 6 feet apart. Went early in the morning. Was out of there in less than a half hour. Thank you.”

She quickly diagnosed and treated my presenting problem (I had an animal bite that got infected) and prescribed appropriate antibiotics that cleared up my infected area within a few days.
