On the way to Boston for my son's college drop-off, our 4Runner started making a weird sound, and within about 2 miles, two metal pieces fell off onto the highway. We were in the middle of our trip and pulled into this Midas shop. The staff were extremely patient and helpful. With no appointment and no phone call ahead, they attended to us right away and explained the issue: inadequate maintenance from our previous car servicing company. The Toyota service provider hadn't put the safety covers back properly, and those parts were coming loose. Midas fixed the issue, explained everything clearly, and charged us nothing.
