“I got fed up with other mechanics to the point where I learned to do most of the work on my car myself. Been coming to ANC for a few years now and couldn't be happier. This was the first time in years I didn't do my own brakes. Great experience from the moment I walk in the door. Friendly, professional, competent service. If you have an out of warranty BMW or Mercedes this is the place to come but they with in any car. Taso is very good at diagnosing problems and if he says work needs to be done, it does. I went to another mechanic for a simple oil change when I wasn't able to do it myself and they tried to tell me the rotors I just put on needed to be replaced but couldn't show me why. Another small local 3-letter oil and tire chain has counter people that flat out lied to me probably because they had no clue what they were talking about. ANC is a totally different experience and it's nice to finally have some peace of mind when it comes to car repairs.”
