He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through my project from start to finish. Not only was he kind and patient, but he also made sure I understood each step thoroughly.

She took her time to make sure I got the perfect match and even gave me advice about using a primer so the letters wouldn’t show through. Her knowledge, patience, and kindness truly stood out. “I remodeled my house a few years ago and had to decide whether to use the big chain across the street... Or Beckerle lumber who have been there for decades. As price was an issue I did my research. When all was said and done Beckerle was iby far the wiser choice. The Big chain across the street was completely useless. Nobody knew what they were doing and nobody even wanted to help me. The guys at berckerle we're amazing, professional, and so helpful they probably saved me thousands of dollars with their knowledge. They saved me from making countless mistakes and we're always there for advice when I needed it. They went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed on time and on budget. If you're doing work, do not waste your time going for discount products and service. Go to the professionals. Trust me they are the best. I will never go any where else.”

“The employees at this store are caring and concerned! I came in with my little one and just as we entered she became ill and threw up. First of all a nice customer asked if everything was OK and pointed me to the customer service counter where they had some paper towels. I went to the counter and told the staff who were there what had happened and they gave me paper towels, and proceeded to help me tend to my little one by giving her a bottled water and stood her by the fan to cool off. Also, once that crisis was over I purchased the outdoor chairs that I came in for and the gentleman who checked me out at the checkout area was kind and the other gentleman who assisted me with the chairs brought them to my car and placed them inside.
I am grateful that there were kind people to help me during my visit. Thank you Home Depot.”

Both the Men's and Women's restrooms were well maintained. “Anthony was the best! He is a true example of someone who goes above and beyond for customers. I came to this location on Friday to pick up an order. As a small woman, I had to pick up two large, heavy boxes, and unfortunately, many stores don’t always offer assistance.
Anthony was incredibly helpful. He waited with me for my Uber to arrive and even helped load both heavy boxes into the Uber for me. His kindness, patience, and empathy made a stressful situation so much easier.

“So I came in to do a return on something that was supposed to be for seven days and the assistant manager named John was so kind and he was able to do the return for me even though it was 14 days so guys if you wanna shop at a Home Depot that is very helpful. The team is wonderful and they have a great assistant manager named John come to the Paramus location. I recommended highly five stars all the way.”
