“I dealt with two amazing salesmen Carlos v. And Kevin V at the Paramus location on route 17 New Jersey They were both so patient and helpful and very very knowledgeable. They are definitely an asset to the Verizon
Corp.”
“Thank you Nico! After two hours of frustration with the online Verizon help, I resorted to visiting the Paramus NJ route 4 store. The representative there, Nico, was extremely helpful despite the fact that the help I needed was not possible within the store that had to be performed online. I’m very grateful to Nico for taking the time to explain all the options available to me.”
“I just went to Verizon in hopes of buying an iPhone 17 pro and Hadeel did a wonderful job making my experience enjoyable and easy. She was very kind and informative and I would definitely recommend her to other people looking to purchase new devices!”

“We walked into the store with my wife and my mother, and Josh immediately made us feel welcome. He offered us water and answered every question we had in detail. It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Because of Josh’s outstanding service, we switched our cell phone provider on the spot and chose Optimum. He made the entire process easy and stress-free.
I highly recommend asking for Josh if you’re thinking about changing your cell phone provider. You won’t be disappointed!”
