“I’ve lived in this apartment complex for the past four years, and overall, my experience has been a positive one. The community has always felt safe and well-maintained, and I’ve appreciated the quiet, comfortable atmosphere.

Irina, in particular, has been a standout during my time here. She’s always been kind, responsive, and truly listened whenever I brought up any concerns. It was clear she cared about making things right and followed through on getting issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Maintenance was generally quick to respond to requests, which I appreciated. While some fixes weren’t always the most thorough long-term solutions, the team did a good job of addressing the immediate issues and making sure things were presentable and functional again.

After a long wait, the clubhouse finally opened this year, and it looks like it will become a really valuable and usable space for the community going forward. It’s a great addition that adds a nice sense of shared community.

One thing to note: don’t count on the pool being open all summer, every summer. It was a pleasure to use when available, but there were seasons where it wasn’t consistently open, which was a bit disappointing during the warmer months.

All in all, this has been a good place to live, and I’m thankful for the time I spent here.”

“The property is beautifully maintained year-round by resident Manager, Carlos. Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash.Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed.I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.”

“Recently moved a few weeks ago to Village on the Green. ABSOLUTELY love it here! Apartment was move in ready, clean & completely updated. Having only lived here approx. 2 wks, I am very impressed with the constant upkeep whether its repairs, landscaping, cleaning walkways & entry ways ( inside & out). The other morning when i opened my door, there was someone cleaning cobwebs & vacuuming the entryway!! Very happy w my decision to move to VOG , beautiful community, pet friendly, nice people! Cant thank Anna enough for all her help, kindness & professionalism!!!! She is the BEST!”

She was extremely professional and knowledable about the development and the community of which she serves. She made it very easy, and she made sure the process moved forward smoothly. Although there were some setbacks, Anna encouragement, support and positive attitude made it less stressful to deal with. She demonstrated patience and empathy, when necessary, while she guided us in the right direction. I wish that all developments have an individual like Ana to work with. At the end of the day, Ana made it possible for a positive transitional outcome into Coventry Square. She is an asset to have around.”

“The Commons is home sweet home for me central air conditioning to cool off in summer hot weather and keep warm in the winter with all the convenience shopping areas just minutes from where I stay convenient parking right in front of the door I call it convenience.when something breaks down You call the office management staff (Andy E.) will make arrangements with you so the maintenance crew can do the repairs love it.”

Maintenance came thru with a much needed kitchen floor replacement. The team was early to tear out and install. Julio & Sanchez left work area spotless when they were through! Very satisfied

Been here 14 years, on and off. No real complaints, staff n office and maintenance do thier best to help out, asap. Rental prices are most affordable around the area.”
