I come to this post office because it's close to us, closes at 3 on Saturdays, and the folks behind the desk are so helpful and nice. Never have had an issue and I've had service by different personnel. “USPS Express 1-Day Envelope vs Fedex Priority Overnight(Fedex PO): Verdict is USPS!I got business documents by Fedex from westcoast for requiring my signature including a return envelop and US postage. I brought to the post office and asked a clark for the fastest service to return the signed documents. John pointed to the shelve and brought him a Flat rate envelop. And I handed the documents and the returned postaged envelope. He created the labels from it on his terminal and printed them. He put them in the envelope and sealed it. I only provided my phone number and handed a credit card. Momentarily I forgot where I was.This is called S-E-R-V-I-C-EThe USPS Express 1-Day product charged me $27.90 for Schedule delivery Date and Time (=overnight), even money back guarantee. I was told the Fedex Overnight charge was $65. John's service was great and USPS Express 1-Day product is the best choice.”

I’m happy with this place considering this side of Teaneck gets nothing.The people in this area of Teaneck are known to be pretty self centered and mean. With that said leave my boy alone he been there since before i was old enough to care about mail. Also we get this rinky dink usps while cedar lane side has a nice one. “The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Walked and explained whole process to me and what to expect from passport agency in return.I’m from englewood cliffs but when I went there to try and complete my process they were rude, nasty, vial, disgusting human beings yelling and screaming at everyone. Lazy but angry at everyone.I came to tenafly because some of their staff members used to work in englewood cliffs when their post office WAS nicer and wanted a smooth support.”

“To be honest, I’ve only ever found helpful folks behind the desk at the Nyack post office.An example. Today I went to ship 4 separate insulated packages of Swiss chocolate and the clerk (Jessica) was super helpful and charismatic. She recommended the flat rate shipping sleeve to reduce the price and number of days it would take to ship the perishable items. Really saved my wallet and my worry about my gifts melting in the summer heat. ❤️”

“It’s a small post office, might seem a bit outdated as well. But i actually like that about it, the small town vibes. I have been here several times since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day. They are open till 7pm on weekdays so that’s helpful. Every time i have been there the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go. The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didn’t have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.”
