Most importantly, the package arrived in perfect condition, with no damage whatsoever. That showed me that UPS takes care during handling and transport.

If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”
“Highly recommend !! We've gone to Nicole's Reproductions for printing signage, posters, invitations and more for family gatherings such as birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, etc.
Their expertise and excellent customer service can't compare to using an online printing service or somewhere like Staples/CVS where it can easily be printed the wrong size, blurry, etc.”

I love that in the short time I had to get a canvas made from my baby shower was made within 24 hours in time for my party everyone love the canvas that they keep asking where I got it done and the price was a good that it wasn’t bad either at all. “This place is a very central location and drop offs are easy. They don’t open until 9:30 AM so be aware if you’re trying to do any early morning shipping drop off.
They recently changed owners and while the service remains largely unchanged. The friendliness definitely leave something to be desired.
It would be nice to be greeted or even acknowledged when you walk in like it used to be. Friendliness aside, it does the job.”
