“I have been buying cars for more than 50 years. This is the first time that I purchased from Toms Ford. I have to say that they are one of the finest dealerships that I have ever dealt with. From the time that I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I was looking for a specific car and trim package. Toms Ford had one in transit (most of the local dealerships did not) and agreed to hold it for me with a $500 deposit despite the fact that I was leaving the country for 4 weeks. They called me when I was overseas and said they would hold it till I returned. While I was away, we began the paperwork, and upon my return, I picked up the car. I recently received a recall notice. I called Tom's Ford and they se me up with a mobile service. It was easy to set up the appointment for a specific time. Thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment, the technician called me to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and took care of the recall. He was polite and kept me informed. After he returned to Tom's Ford, I received a call telling me that they were completing the paperwork and would mail me a copy. Great do deal with.
I just did my 10,000 mile service. The appointment was easy to set up. I sent up a 7:00 AM service and waited for the car. The waiting are was clean and comfortable. There was free coffee. My car was done in less than an hour.”
