“I cannot believe I’m writing a review on a post office but WOW. They’re seriously SO patient… SO nice… I’m befuddled. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I simply had a package to drop off but there was a family ahead of me as well and the level of kindness and patience the lady displayed in helping them make their appt for passport stuff etc was mind boggling… I literally just saved this as my go-to post office”
“Mubeena is the best of the best. I can't ask for anyone better. She truly cares for every customer that comes in and you could see the passion behind her work. I haven't met anyone in the USPS in a long time that always makes you wanna smile keep coming back. I'm a local colonial resident and said that means putting my mail in the mailbox. I love stopping by and having a conversation with Mubeena. She is kind, caring, passionate, and overall a great employee to the establishment.”

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and kind. They take the time to be informative to customers about the different options to mail packages, are patient with difficult customers and overall have a positive vibe. This is a major departure from the staff a few years ago. I actually enjoy coming here to mail my packages! Lexie specifically is always positive and helpful, but the whole staff is great.”

She gave me some advice and was very helpful in helping me plan how to pack my orders futuristically. Great customer service, thank you so much :)”

“I was in this post office this morning. Normally I drop the package and leave but today I need some help so I asked for it. The lady (Gloria) listened to my situation and explained to me the options. At the end, the problem was solved in a very efficient way. It's a great experience!
This post office used to be the worst around this area (about 7 or 8 years ago) due to one very rude lady. But things have changed dramatically after the lady left.”
“Any USPS location is rated only based on two factors - how quickly do you enter and exit and how good was their customer service?
This is one of the few USPS locations that achieve both. They have a large facility so parking space is never a challenge and the staff are nice and friendly and they check you out sooner too. They have a passport facility attached to it which is great for US passport needs.
They are currently undergoing renovations as I write this review.”

I had such a great experience with Inez! She handled everything I needed perfectly and made the whole process quick and easy. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and even had a great sense of humor, which made the experience that much better. It’s refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people and does it with such a positive attitude. Inez is a wonderful USPS employee and deserves all the recognition. “This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

“This facility is my first choice for a post office as it is not far from where I live. Though this post office can use an upgrade/ renovation, the older gentleman who works at the counter is super sweet and very helpful. He is more pleasant than the other female representative who works at the counter. Overall, the team at this post office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There are times I arrive at this post office at closing and they still service me, which is very appreciated.”

“The two clerks (mid age gentlemen and younger female with short hair) at the front are very helpful, kind, and thorough. I've had multiple pleasant experiences with them and watched them handle others with respect. With these two, respect is given upon first sight. So happy to have them serving the community I live in.
