“I’ve been using this location almost daily because the local post office service is awful and an increasing number of vendors won’t ship to a PO box. This UPS Store is faster, friendlier and far more convenient. Great owners and staff and I’m able to ship and receive anything at this location. The cost of a mailbox is less than what the post office was charging me and there’s no contract. I get text message alerts as soon as mail or packages arrive and I don’t have to worry about my packages being stolen from my front door.”

“From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. “Wowza, this has to be the smallest Post Office that I've ever been in. Just about 40 -50 PO boxes as you first enter this place. Plus you're standard boxes and envelopes for your mailing needs.Only one window and a single postal employee behind the PO boxes. If you're can't find what you're looking for just ask her. Located in a very small strip mall on Ernston Road in Parlin behind the stairs on your left side. The only time that it seems to be busy during the week is right after she reopens after lunch. Friendly enough service which isn't always the case at the larger post offices.”
