About Verizon
Based on six reviews of a Verizon location, this store is a one-stop shop for phones and wireless service. The customer service is incredible, with staff like Kanisha, Jordan, and especially Toni receiving high praise. Jordan was a huge help with an upgrade, making the normally frustrating process quite enjoyable. Kanisha and Toni took the time to fix a problem and calm down an angry customer. Toni was a huge help setting up a new phone, providing all the information needed for an informed decision and transferring the network. Toni also called a long-time customer about a limited-time promotion, getting them a new line and phone at an amazing rate with all possible discounts. The staff has lots of patience and provides fantastic customer service. If you have a problem with your device, customers recommend going to this store.
