“I spent 12 years at Troy Hills Village. It improved year after year and has been great under the new property management that came in while ago while I was there. Neighbors all watched out for one another, kids all played together, parking lots were always maintained in the winter, the pool is wonderful, and maintenance is available 24/7. Porches gave you some nice outside space. Walls are thin so you hear everything, but nothing a sound machine cant cure. Laundry is available on site so you dont have to go to a laundry mat. Side note-it can be frustrating at times though when so many people use them, because the machines break down and it can take weeks to fix. There is a lot within walking distance: Parks, Walgreens, pizza, Starbucks, grocery, auto parts, etc. It's close to park & ride bus stops for easy commuting as well. Pet friendly too. Overall, I raised my son there and lots of great memories were made. It was safe and as a single mom, this was key. Happy to have called it home.”
