“I had to close my account because of fraudulent charges. The manager at the TD Bank in Green Brook was extremely helpful. I sent her a thank you letter. In it I mentioned that my pension check direct deposit would go to the closed account, and that I would have to wait until the 7th to ask them to resend it. This morning she called me to tell me that she called the pension plan to have it resent, and it should be in my account tomorrow, the 2nd. She went well beyond what I could have expected in providing services. Gail Gonzolez is an excellent manager and has an excellent staff.”
