I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”

“A bit disorganized in men's clothing with a poor apartment. I worked 20 years in retail and off-price merchandising can be tough as stories break down. Home Goods and women's shoes were full of options and did not disappoint. We dropped over $200.”

“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

“It's a nice Home sense, bit tight between aisles but peak inventory is what it is, more is more. Well lit, friendly staff, relaxed and easy going experience to explore. Labels on green string are nice touch, easy to remove than stickers without risking some adhesive remover is appreciated. Swapping plugs and trying lamps is also nice to double check functionality without risk and assuming. Check out is a breeze.”

“Linda from the Handbag Department in the Short Hills location is amazing! I am not a big spender, nor do I shop that often. I went in looking for a specific crossbody bag in black and Linda took the time to show me all the options that fit my description and she was patient and very pleasant! I found a terrific bag and I'm very excited to use it!”
“I am a frequent shopper at Express specifically Express short Hills. It is so close to my house and very convenient. I go there at least once a week for clothes for Work and casual wear, every time I come in I’m greeted and asked if I needed any help. Jay at checkout is always super helpful.
