First and foremost, he helped us select the perfect carpet for our home, taking into consideration our preferences and needs. “My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.
From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.
Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!
Working with Henry was truly a pleasure. He’s a stand-up guy who genuinely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and don’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of every detail so we could focus on preparing for our baby without the stress of coordinating or chasing down updates.

My one quibble with this place is the checkout area; it’s sometimes difficult to tell where the lines begin and end, especially when it’s crowded. “The Lamp Shop can fix anything. I brought in a cheap little lamp shaped like a frog. This lamp had been a gag birthday gift for my husband and he loved it - but the cheap electronics inside worked for about 10 minutes before it permanently failed. So I figured I'd bring this goofy little frog lamp to the Lamp Shop to see if they could work with it. They fixed it and made it 100% better, putting in a bulb and adding a cord with an inline switch. My husband's happiness at the frog lamp repair is absolutely priceless!”

So glad I did, because it's filled with hundreds of items that are unusual & beautiful, as well as traditional Judaica that are so unique & special. Shout out to Dori, was very helpful in helping me select two beautiful Tallits for my twin grandsons. There's an amazing array of mezuzahs, menorahs, lovely jewelry, as well as some very cool art pieces, like large cherries. Something for everyone! They gift wrap & ship too. “I have had the pleasure of working with Margie and Megan at White House Design Resource for over 5 years now. They are the most helpful, kind, and informative people. As someone who works alone, they are always willing to offer me a second opinion when asked or chime in when I just need a little validation. They are in constant communication with all of the manufacturers that I use and it is such a help. Knowing that they are there supporting me during the ordering and tracking phases of design is very reassuring. I am confident that there will be few, if any bumps along the way because of them and if there is one, they are on top of handling it.
The receiving, scheduling and delivery teams are absolutely amazing as well. They are efficient and professional. They are punctual and friendly and my clients value them as much as I do.

Labels on green string are nice touch, easy to remove than stickers without risking some adhesive remover is appreciated. Swapping plugs and trying lamps is also nice to double check functionality without risk and assuming. Check out is a breeze.”
