“Overall this is a very nice hotel at a great price. Front desk very pleasant and helpful. No issue with renovations or noise at all. They are still doing some work but it appears to be mostly completed. Room was good size and had fridge and microwave. Breakfast appears basic, I only had yogurt and juice machine was not working, but other guests were eating breakfast so I truly cannot comment on how it was. Overall I would recommend this hotel.”

“Came to town for a convention. Accidentally booked my room for the wrong days. Staff was very helpful in correcting the mistake. Check in: smooth. Room: spotless. Parking: plentiful. Checkout: quick and easy.
The gym is very minimal, but in a practical sense. Free weights, treadmills, ellipticals. Everything you need to get a good workout in. Cant rate the breakfast because I slept in and missed it ?‍♂️

“We had our wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau this past Saturday, and calling it extraordinary somehow still feels like an understatement. Multiple guests have already told us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to—and we completely agree.

“We just had our daughter’s party here and everything was wonderful! It is a beautiful venue with beautiful ballroom. “Excellent service from the time we walked in the door until we paid our check. Cocktails were excellent and not your ordinary cocktails you can tell a lot of thought and skill went into them. Food was excellent and so was our server. He was very engaging and had a great personality. The dining is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and will go back for sure.”

Susan and her staff are so caring, playful, fun and keeps her busy with princess dress up, arts and crafts, music, games and so many fun activities through the day! “Why on earth do we have to sit next to strangers, when the theater is empty, in assigned seats? 13 people in the theater and we are all together, beside each other. Why?”

“Came here with my 2 year old. This place is excellent. Huge space, plenty of room for everyone and ton of activities and toys. People are kind. A special shoutout to the onsite cafe- the personal pizza pie will rival most pizzerias in quality. Anyone with a negative review- you must be one of the types that complain about everything. This place is perfect to keep your toddlers engaged and get social interaction with other babies without being on top of each other.”

She has an incredible eye for technical adjustments—she fixed my backhand follow-through in just one session. She’s patient but firm, ensuring you get the most out of every basket of balls. If you’re looking to actually level up your USTA rating or just hit more consistently, Erica is the pro to see.”

“10/10 experience. Beautiful hotel, amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff, and great food and drinks. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will definitely become our new monthly getaway spot.

A special shout out to Alex and Lynnell, who truly made our experience exceptional. They took care of us during lunch and again later for our nightcap drinks until midnight, and their service was absolutely top tier. They were attentive, welcoming, personable, and made sure we had an amazing time from start to finish.

It’s rare to come across hospitality that genuinely stands out, but both of them went above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. They are a huge reason we’re already looking forward to coming back.

“Fantastic event at YCI!

I had a great experience at YCI! My sister recently held her wedding here, and it was obvious from the moment we were greeted by Dee that we were in expert hands. The space is large and convenient, but the real highlight was the hospitality.

Parking: It can be a little tough since there isn't a dedicated lot right at the door, but there is one within a short walking distance.

I highly recommend YCI to anyone looking to host an event in NJ. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I’m so happy to write this review! I was planning a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding. I was not familiar with the area near the wedding venue. I specifically wanted a location to accommodate 50+ people and allow me to bring in my own alcohol. I found The Warehouse online. Right from the start, I was greeted warmly by Lisa, who was able to talk me through the space, menu, staffing, pricing, etc. She patiently answered my litany of questions, worked within my budget, and presented me with a menu and plan for the evening. In a nutshell, the food was fantastic, the space was beautiful (shabby chic/rustic), very comfortable for the group. The staff managing our dinner, led by Noemi, was superb! She attended to every detail, beautifully displayed the bar options, food, and desserts. Not a detail was missed! We never felt rushed in anyway. I highly recommend The Warehouse for any event!”

We scheduled an appointment with Felix to show us venue and discuss dates and pricing, upon entering the Legacy Felix was attentive, pleasant, polite but most of all he was informative, calm, respectful and kind. After visiting many venues in NY and NJ this was by far the best experience touring. Obviously, we booked the venue. However this being our first child to marry I understand how overwhelming the process can be so I felt this may help others like myself. I will update over the year, however if all of our interactions with staff go as smoothly I expect to be leaving very positive reviews..”

They were so attentive to us and very professional and friendly. They added so many personalized touches to our wedding, which made our event even more special and memorable. “In just a few days, the upcoming Lunar New Year brings the Year of the Dragon on February 10th among East and Southeast Asian cultures. It’s fifth in the 12-animal Chinese zodiac cycle and the only animal that’s a mythical creature. This afternoon, my partner and I arrived at the Woodland, located off of Woodland Road in Maplewood, to celebrate Lunar Fest NJ 2024—Maplewood Arts & Culture. Completed in 1930, the Georgian Revival-style mansion and adjoining auditorium have been a hub for Maplewood’s vibrant cultural and civic life for over eight decades. The unique event features lion dance, performances representing Chinese, Mongolian, Thali, and Korean cultures, children's activities, and delicious food trucks, which brought out the crowd.”

“The centerpieces for my son's rehearsal dinner were absolutely beautiful, and actually, better than I could have imagined. I loved how Christina incorporated so many of the elements we discussed. The purples, blues and yellows were just perfect for a late summer event and the textures were gorgeous. We were able to bring them over to the Crystal Plaza on Saturday morning and everyone enjoyed them in the bridal suite. “Stayed here from 9th Jan to 11th Jan, the hotel was good I’d give it 4 stars to be honest I just expected it to be more luxurious because it’s Hyatt and to the lady and gentleman who were working on the reception at around 9pm on the 9th of Jan I’d give you guys 10 stars not 5, you were more than kind and welcoming and you made my night after a tiring trip to New Jersey, really sorry I didn’t get to know your names but you probably know me from the jacket we made jokes about ?❤️”
