“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. “Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

Issac and Santi were beyond helpful when walking me through the whole process and getting my new device set up. They were patient in answering all my questions (even the silly ones) without sparing the details. Not only that, they were just lovely people with stellar hospitality and even better conversations!

“I have been dealing with Natural wireless for more than 2 and half years now in 2 addresses.Their service is outstanding. The customer service teams are always helpful all the time. They respond very quickly either with emails or phone. They have been always patient with me and never cut the service for any financial delay and have been always helpful and understanding like when my card was lost twice and they waited for my new Visa card to be released and never cut the service.Their cost is reasonable and the internet is fast with no interruptions. Their technicians are very very professional and helpful and they always come on time with same-day service. Once I paid for the service, the technician came on the same day even it was a weekend to install the service.Keep it up Natural Wireless. “I'm a long time customer of T-Mobile (first Sprint). I bought a phone in ebay and needed a sim card and went to this store. Since I was already there, I asked if I could get the phone activated and transfer all the data/apps. The store manager, Gisselle, happened to be the available person to greet me and respond to my request. I didn't expect such a fantastic service. Not only she's super experienced and knowledgeable (17 years of experience in the phone industry), but also so patient and kind and just nice! The whole process and transfer took approx 45 minutes. So, I had time to chat with her, while she would come and go to answer to other customers, while my phones were in the process. In any case, the staff in some phone stores are known for being cranky. Not here!!! Just the best experience. Thank you.”
