Great service at this location. As a frequent visitor to NYC, I usually get a prepaid SIM, which is cheaper than the roaming deal my Canadian carrier offers. They had me up and running in minutes.

Corrected things CS was supposed to do. Upgraded my plan against my wishes.... so don't leave the store with your GF...... but her phone works so meh..... the BS I'm not gonna chase after tbh

I must say that Christopher was absolutely awesome. Help me get the upgrade I needed. He explained everything to us and was very attentive while data transferred to my new phone. Being a senior citizen I greatly appreciated his help.
