“Good day at this customer service place, they treated me well! But there is terrible attention when trying to receive a package to my home, they ask me for different cards from the Apple application and I don't receive anything, yet total mistreatment of customers I still don't have my documents in order but it doesn't give them the right to treat me like that”

If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”
“I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.

“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”

They’re patient, professional, and go above and beyond—especially when I show up with so many returns. They make the whole process fast and stress-free.
The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.
