“This place is a rare find. Besides the Gamestops store out there The Game Zone is a Tier 1 level gaming store . Friendly staff, well knowledgeable on all levels of games , and anything related to gaming.. and Pokémon!!”

“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. “Cruzin with RCs is a great little store & awesome track. This place has a little bit of everything. Ron & Steve are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This place has 3 awesome tracks as well. Mini-Z, drift track, and a large astroturf off road track. Check this place out if you are in the market for a new RC car or place to race.”
“Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. Great people. Thank you again!”
“I love that B&N is pet friendly. It's a great place to visit, browse for my next read, and take the fur-baby for a climate controlled walk through the aisles. If you or your dog get thirsty, you can stop at the Starbucks in the store for a drink and sit at the cafe tables or comfy chairs. My dog loved her pup-accino. Side note, taking a dog to such locations is also great for dog training, provided you hold the leash tight and remain aware of other dogs and people/children who may be fearful of dogs.”

“Absolute gem of a store. One of a kind. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They've ordered specific comics for me to the shop. They've kept me updated when they arrive. Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. Thank you to everyone who works there! Zap to the extreme!!”

“Who doesn't love a bookstore! Thank goodness BN still exists! Otherwise, I would not be able to share my love of books and bookstores with my grandchildren. The best part for all of us (well, for me) is the toy section (telescopes, microscopes, you name it, it's there). The Grands also loved the children's book selections.
I must also mention the staff! They were very helpful and pleasant. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent, I must give compliments where they are due! Please keep up the good work and great customer service!

“My husband Mike and I have been going to Level 1 Games for Magic the Gathering Commander nights on Thursdays and Saturdays for the past 6 months now. We love the friendly and welcoming community that Em, Cynthia, and the rest of the Level 1 team have fostered and have a blast every time we go!
Whenever we are looking to buy new cards and new decks, the customer service experience is professional and personal, and they have a great amount of inventory to choose from weekly. And they have all the best accessories like sleeves and deck boxes to choose from too!
We would recommend Level 1 to any MTG players out there looking for a truly fun and kind community that will accept them at any experience level they are at. We are so grateful to have found Level 1 Games and look forward to being a part of the community here for a long time ?”

“It is TONS OF TOYS! And it's much more organized than it appears at first glance. The staff is very willing to be helpful, but not at all pushy. They have anything retro or new that I was able to ponder while searching for gifts. The have gift wrapping at checkout, and are again, so helpful... I hope this helps you. Good call if you choose to go there.”

“I love this store Open to 6 different locations.There are some items that you find in all of the stores but each store has different items Some cater to children some the home and pets the workout products have not been as good as they have in the past The gateway plaza has More of a selection. Haven't been there in a. while, So it may have changed. They used to have the candy from back in the day. I don't find it as much anymore.”

They had a wonderful variety of Lego pens that I have been looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful in finding what we needed. Also very organized and clean.”

“We were in town for a wedding. It was raining and I needed to keep my 2 1/2 year old grandson busy. I saw Tons of Toys was only a 10 minute drive away so we went. It was perfect. We spent about an hour in the store looking. The cashier lead us to the finger skateboards. He was so polite and patient with my grandson. We left with a pack of skateboards and a rubber snake. Fun times.”
“Great shop to visit if you are into Funko Pops. As soon as you enter, you are surrounded by pops everywhere. Most shops just carry a million commons but Wize Guys carry a huge variety of pops from old to new. Definitely worth a visit!”

“Everyone at the Secaucus Doll & Teddy Bear Hospital understands how important the objects we leave in their care are. My 29 year old bear was in need of stuffing, cleaning, and repairs. Ana and her team did an amazing job on the repairs while making sure that the essence of Teddy remained. They asked plenty of questions about what I did and didn't want. When I got him back after three weeks, I couldn't help but cry. He was clean, fluffier than I'd ever seen, and still most assuredly my bear. I can't recommend the Secaucus Doll & Teddy Bear Hospital enough.”

“The absolutely delightful store manager Barbara, and her staff provided me with the utmost in customer service. I had an issue where 2 of the items I purchased for my godson were ringing up incorrectly. I didn't want to tell him no after he chose what he wanted and they rang up for way more than what I expected. So I bit the bullet especially since it was for my godson after all. But I definitely left with an underlying feeling of sticker shock. I came back for a different purchase the next day and the employee at the counter this time immediately knew something was wrong with the prices I had paid yesterday and took me downstairs to speak to the store manager. Barbara was just fantastic, she must have spent about half an hour looking into the issue and assisting me. She refunded me for the incorrect pricing, was extremely apologetic, and overall was just so professional and kind. She made it such a pleasant transaction that I purchased even more items and left the store in such a great mood. This is the kind of service that is so rare to receive these days, and I want to commend Barbara and her staff for really going the extra mile to correct the situation and make it an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at their store. Although I'm not always in the area, I will definitely go out of my way to shop at and support this location going forward. If only every store provided customer service like this! Thank you so much once again Barbara and team!”
