The lady that work there is all the time sleeping in the back and when you come to the building you have to scream to her, and she’s also super rude I ask her for her name and she completely ignored me

I received the worst service went in today 04/16 at 2:35pm and this lady is very rude racist and unprofessional, We need to have humans with more empathy when working with people, If she doesn’t like her job what so ever you should give the opportunity to someone else, never going there again.
