Service was fast and friendly, Adam is knowledgeable about the devices, and it’s very clear that he cares about his customers and his business. I was having an issue with my new phone (which wasn’t an issue at all, I’m just dumb) and he stayed late at the store waiting for me to return and help because he knew I needed the phone for work. Would absolutely come back here and would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to do the same!”

“I need to come on and share a quick story about how much associate Jovanni helped me. I got a new iPhone and transferred from ATT to Verizon-I was having such a hard time getting all of my info transferred over. Multiple calls to apple support, and att customer service left me so frustrated. I walked into the store one night, and Jovanni was the only one who figured out the problem. He was patient with me and even went to battle for me with a difficult ATT rep who was trying to make the process more difficult. That man knows what hes doing!”

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Darnell at the Xfinity Comcast store in Havertown. He truly saved the day!

Darnell possesses excellent customer service skills and is an attentive listener. Three weeks ago, I purchased a new TV and struggled to connect it to cable. My experience with customer service over the phone was challenging, so I decided to visit the store. Upon my arrival, Darnell greeted me with a warm smile and noticed that I was a bit upset. He calmly reassured me and took the time to explain and demonstrate exactly what I needed to do to pair my TV with the cable service.

Thanks to his guidance, my husband and I were able to successfully make the connection, and we were thrilled when it finally worked! I truly appreciate Darnell’s hard work and dedication to helping customers. His efforts did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated!

“So much to share about thee most pleasant experience at T-Mobile….First, I got there 10 minutes before they opened to ensure that I’d be one of the first customers. That said, Lindsi was my point of contact and she was SUPER amazing! She was PLEASANT, said good morning, greeted me with a smile and the experience was amazing! I’m not tech savvy by any means long shot! She was patient and guided me through the process of getting things done! In addition, she engaged me with interesting conversation while we waiting for my phone to back up/transfer phone, etc! This young lady is very personable and intelligent! Keep her around! The best 2 hours ever spent somewhere that I dreaded initially (time wise) IT was well worth every minute! Also, shot out to the other workers as well! They were polite and pleasant!”

“Two days ago I signed up again with TMobile in person at a different location over in Rittenhouse. The experience was confusing at best. I wanted a single line with the new Google Pixel for personal use. I left with the phone but with a different phone number and the printer was down so I didn't get a copy of everything but was told to take a picture of the screen for reference. I spent the past two days online and over the phone trying to figure out what the issue was as to why my number wasn't transferring.

I stopped in at this location inside the Fashion District and was helped right away. The rep who helped (I'm terrible with names, so I apologize in advance ?) was Jaris. We sat down and he got to work. Come to find out I was signed up for TWO lines and it was a BUSINESS account on top of that.

Both of us surprised and confused as to how that all went down he took the time, spoke to a couple reps, broke everything thing down for me and was making sure everything was in tip top shape and corrected before I left.

Should have just come here the first time.”
